Job Summary
Steward OOH campaigns from inception through fruition, managing day-to-day account maintenance autonomously with little oversight. Handle billing, contracting, invoicing, trafficking, and post-reporting while overseeing production, installation, and post-buy tasks. Train direct reports to achieve self-sufficiency and lead strategy development, brainstorming, and RFP negotiations. Participate in market rides, onsite/offsite meetings, and training sessions to support recommendations and deliver high-quality work across traditional, tra-digital, and digital formats.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Fluent in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Prior employment at a media agency
- Experience buying and planning (not just one)
- Understanding of basic media terms and concepts
- Familiarity with OOH industry partners: Geopath & OAAA
- In depth knowledge of OOH formats, vendors and markets
- Experience planning across a variety of OOH verticals: traditional, tra-digital/digital, digital placed based
- Autonomously manage day-to-day maintenance with little to no oversight
- Oversight of maintenance across assigned account(s)
- Billing/Contracting/invoicing, trafficking and post reporting of campaigns
- Showcase ability to produce a high-quality level of work
- Participate in strategy development and brainstorming meetings with ability to work harmoniously with internal teams on projects from start to finish
- Steward OOH plans Including but not limited to: understand objectives of the assignment, delegation if workload, management of timeline/deadlines, writing RFP's (consist of the ability to ensure all applicable relevant vendors are included), negotiations, clear articulation of strategy, oversee post-buy tasks (production, trafficking, installation, post reporting)
- Ability to compile and present topline 101's/Overviews /new market opportunities (on own or assist Sr. Specialist/Supervisor); showcasing ability to research and compile rationale
- Participate in/attend onsite and offsite meetings/trainings
- Participate in/attend market rides as needed
- Innate curiosity and desire to learn

- Minimum of 3 days in-office per week
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree
- Experience planning across a variety of OOH verticals: experiential, event partnerships/event targeted, traditional embellishments (ex. extensions, props/builds, illumination, etc.)
