Specialist, Organisation Design

Specialist in Organisation Design responsible for executing and improving Workday HCM configurations and data maintenance. Tasks include creating/updating supervisory organizations, processing hierarchy changes, managing positions, updating cost centers and other organisational attributes, and handling mass changes related to restructurings. Supports organisational assessments to identify gaps and opportunities, monitors and audits Workday data for accuracy and governance, resolves basic data issues, generates standard and ad-hoc reports on structures and headcount, proposes process improvements, and translates approved design changes into system configurations with timely delivery. Maintains documentation and SOPs, writes and updates job descriptions, and collaborates with HRIS, HRBP, and compensation teams to ensure data integrity and alignment across the organisation.
