Job Summary
Specialist to join Chanel's Order Management team in Piscataway, NJ, to support the flow of product from supplier to customers and drive service level metrics (in-stocks, OTIF, MABD, forecast vs. order, perfect order) while maintaining key account data and collaborating with internal and external partners. Responsibilities include managing customer master data, processing price increases, developing and measuring customer management metrics, providing recommendations on service level and vendor/retailer performance, and supporting project management to streamline processes. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Account Planning, Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, Operations, and retailers, becoming SME for order-to-delivery processes, and promoting a customer-centric culture with strong communication to global partners. Requires experience with E-Commerce supply chains, SAP/WMS/PowerBI, and a BA/BS degree; hybrid in-office schedule based in Piscataway, NJ. Compensation range is $58,200 to $90,000 annually.
