Specialist Order Execution (m/w/d)

Coordinate order processing between departments and branches by creating, reviewing, and booking orders while monitoring inventory flows. Identify and communicate supply backlogs, manage ad-hoc shipments, and oversee the order process within the warehouse management system. Serve as the primary contact for global branches to ensure smooth order execution and handle internal task assignments with accurate documentation. Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and accuracy. Requires a commercial qualification with a focus on logistics, strong MS Office skills, and fluent German and English.
