Job Summary
Complete assigned reconciliations accurately and within established deadlines while reviewing, analyzing, and resolving reconciliation breaks and exceptions in a timely manner. Partner with junior team members to support completion of assigned reconciliations and provide day-to-day guidance, including assisting in training and mentoring on reconciliation processes, controls, and best practices. Prepare escalation reports for risk management highlighting key issues, trends, and unresolved items, and communicate reconciliation issues, control gaps, and potential risks to management clearly. Support the team in maintaining strong operational controls and adherence to established procedures. This role contributes to team objectives on projects of limited size and complexity for a specialist joining the Wealth Reconciliations team in Pittsburgh, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
Desired Qualifications
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred
- Related internship experience preferred
