Specialist, Operations Management

Collateral Management, covering of exposures, borrowing and pledging securities, Margin Calls, Settlements and Corporate Actions. Coordinate with counterparties and lenders daily to manage collateral and ensure all trades are fully collateralized, balanced, and settled by specified SLAs without errors. Regularly participate in research and analysis of discrepancies between internal records, custodians and counterparties, while identifying and implementing operational process enhancements to improve efficiencies. Operate within multiple daily settlement deadlines across international jurisdictions (Europe, UK, US and Canada) to ensure no risk exposure. Become a subject matter expert in complex products, associated trade events, and accounting activities.
