Job Summary
Manage Walmart BHP, BCI, and RCS compliance forms, applications, and packaging templates, ensuring alignment with QA standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate layout approvals and track application status through BV OneSource and SAP, maintaining organized records with version control. Act as the primary liaison between the US QA/Compliance team, Design team, Fabric team, and vendors to resolve issues and support global operations across all current and planned regions. Provide regular status reports, support audits, and ensure timely submission of all documentation. Fluent English speaker with SAP and BV OneSource experience required; open to nighttime calls with US teams.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge in SAP/INFOR NEXUS system & BV One Source
- Knowledge in production process
- Good experience or technical knowledge in using office software, including Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
- University Degree or above
- Fluent English (speaking, reading and written)
- Open for nighttime conference call with US team
