Job Summary
Manage Walmart BHP, BCI, and RCS compliance forms, declarations, and applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission through continuous cross-functional communication. Coordinate layout approvals and packaging templates with US QA, Design, and Fabric teams to align with standards and regulatory requirements. Act as the coordination point for global operations, tracking application status, supporting audit readiness via BV OneSource and SAP, and resolving issues across multiple regions. Maintain organized compliance records using OneDrive and provide regular status reports on all activities.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or above
- Fluent English (speaking, reading and written)
- Knowledge in SAP/INFOR NEXUS system & BV One Source
- Knowledge in production process
- Good experience or technical knowledge in using office software, including Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
- Clear logic, good communication skills, good problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility
- Actively communicate and coordinate with teams and vendors, timely and accurately complete the tasks
- Open for nighttime conference call with US team
