Job Summary
The Specialist Operation Controlling Finance Asia Pacific will be responsible for regional Finance & Controlling processes, including data analysis and reporting, budget planning, and forecasting processes. This role involves supporting the optimization of cost/benefit relations, managing ad-hoc requests, and representing Finance to key business partners. A Bachelor's degree in economics or finance, along with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset, is essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in economics or business administration or any comparable degree in any related Finance field
- Proficiency in English; good at communication, cooperative, ability to work autonomously and independent, intercultural sensitivity
- Strategic approach considering impacts on local, regional and global level
- Thinking outside of the box, challenging status quo and understanding the importance of change management within Asia Pacific
