Job Summary
Specialist On Field Operations at DICK'S Sporting Goods delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging shoppers, understanding needs, and providing knowledgeable product information. Responsible for on-floor processes including merchandising, pricing, inventory presentation, replenishment, and ensuring products are ready for athletes to purchase. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
