Proactively engage athletes to understand shopping needs, deliver clear product information, and drive sales through recommendations. Execute key on-floor processes including merchandising, pricing, and inventory replenishment to ensure a consistent store environment. Assist with onboarding and training new team members as a subject matter expert in designated operational areas. Uphold safety policies, loss prevention procedures, and established floor set plans while promoting customer participation in loyalty programs. Maintain an athlete-first mindset to ensure products are ready and customers are engaged when, where, and how they want.
