Proactively engage athletes to understand shopping needs, provide accurate product information, and drive sales through recommendations. Execute key on-floor processes including merchandising, pricing, and inventory presentation while adhering to established standards and safety protocols. Assist with onboarding and training new team members as a subject matter expert in designated operational areas. Promote company programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales to enhance the athlete experience. Maintain a respectful store environment where all customers and teammates are welcomed.
