Specialist On Field operations

Proactively engage athletes to understand shopping needs, deliver clear product information, and drive sales through recommendations. Execute on-floor processes including merchandising, pricing, and inventory replenishment to ensure products are ready for purchase. Serve as a subject matter expert by assisting with onboarding and training new team members on best practices and operational standards. Uphold safety policies, loss prevention procedures, and store presentation standards while promoting customer participation in loyalty and credit card programs. Maintain a respectful environment for all teammates and athletes while adhering to established operating procedures.
