Specialist On Field Operations

Proactively engage athletes to understand shopping needs, deliver clear product information, and drive sales through personalized recommendations. Execute key on-floor processes including merchandising, pricing, and inventory replenishment to ensure products are ready for purchase. Serve as a subject matter expert to assist with onboarding and training new team members, focusing on best practices and operational standards. Uphold company policies for safety, loss prevention, and customer loyalty program participation while maintaining a respectful store environment. This role requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $26.00 hourly.
