Specialist Off Field Operations - HIRING EVENT

Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging shoppers to understand needs, providing accurate product information, and driving sales through recommendations. Assists with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Upholds company merchandising standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory presentation protocols while promoting customer participation in loyalty and credit card programs. Ensures products are ready for purchase and maintains a respectful environment where all teammates and athletes are welcome. Requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
