Specialist Off Field Operations - HIRING EVENT

Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging shoppers to understand needs, anticipate requirements, and drive sales through product recommendations. Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience.
