Specialist Off Field Operations - HIRING EVENT

Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging shoppers to understand their needs, providing accurate product information, and driving sales through recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution of best practices and operational standards. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Foster an inclusive environment where all teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect. This role requires a High School Diploma, 1-3 years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
