Specialist Off Field Operations - HIRING EVENT

Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging shoppers to understand their needs, providing clear product information, and driving sales through recommendations. Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated operational processes. Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promotes participation in company programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining safety and loss prevention policies. Adheres to established standard operating procedures and laws/guidelines of external governing entities. Requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
