Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging shoppers to understand their needs, providing accurate product information, and driving sales through recommendations. Assists with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged throughout their visit.
