Assists with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated operational processes. Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Ensures products are ready for purchase and the store environment remains inclusive and respectful for all athletes.
