Specialist Off Field Operations - HIRING EVENT

Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging customers to understand shopping needs, anticipate requirements, and drive sales through product recommendations. Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promotes participation in company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience.
