Job Summary
Proactively engage athletes to understand shopping needs, provide accurate product information, and drive sales through personalized recommendations. Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories, assisting with onboarding new team members and ensuring smooth execution of operational standards. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote customer participation in loyalty programs and warranty sales while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Deliver exceptional experiences to athletes of all abilities in a respectful, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
