Job Summary
Specialist - NVOCC (Tank) Operations acts as a SME responsible for supporting end-to-end execution, governance and continuous improvement across documentation and shipping operations processes. Drives operational excellence by ensuring process compliance, stakeholder management, escalation handling, KPI achievement, process standardization and capability development across the Global Service Centre. Works with regional stakeholders, agencies, depots and leadership teams to ensure efficient and standardized delivery of documentation operations services. Responsibilities include booking management, documentation processing, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, ensuring accuracy and compliance, handling escalations, coordinating with regional offices, training and knowledge sharing, maintaining SOPs and documentation, supporting audits, and driving automation and process improvements. Skills & competencies include shipping operations/Container operations, 4–6 years of experience, DG knowledge preferred, strong communication and stakeholder management, ERP/Excel proficiency, coaching ability, and adaptability to rotational shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Professional certifications in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Lean, Six Sigma or Process Excellence will be an added advantage.
