Job Summary
Track, trace, and monitor Estes Forwarding shipments, updating status with complete notes and confirming charges from service providers. Perform clerical processes for transportation, billing, and collection efforts while maintaining data for customers, markets, and products. Monitor web, fax, and voice mail for service provider updates and communicate any shipment issues to coordinators or supervisors. Ensure all costs and charges are complete and accurate by maintaining familiarity with special and accessorial conditions. Assist coordinators, supervisors, and managers with various business needs and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible shifts.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and set priorities.
- Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals; develops individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others' efforts.
- Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition; handle stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization.

- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 0-2 years of experience
- Regular attendance
