Job Summary
Attend to claims and handle vehicle repair movements in the ADSC garage; analyze and resolve complex claim-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction; collaborate with garage staff, customers, and other stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and update claim status; manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure high productivity; develop and maintain a thorough understanding of claim handling processes, laws, and regulations; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy; identify and report any deviations or discrepancies in claim handling processes, contributing to process improvements; leverage leadership skills to motivate and guide team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment; provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims.
