Job Summary
Manage the production and release of operational communications, including notices and statements, while collaborating with business units to ensure timely drafting. Review and lead proposal production activities for RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests, which involves clarifying specifications, editing content, proofreading, and tracking delivery through the Qvidian database. Coordinate with external vendors to secure necessary distribution lists and materials for customer communications. Provide regular feedback on readability, design, and process improvements. Monitor regulatory and business deadlines, deliver status updates, and maintain database content. This role supports the Member Communications team at Mutual of America Financial Group, helping customers achieve financial security through accurate, timely operational messaging.
