Job Summary
Specialist Medical Sales role focusing on Hospital and GP channels for ethical medical products. Responsibilities include supporting Sales Manager, contributing to medical sales plans, driving action plans to achieve sales targets across assigned territories, tracking performance to KPIs, calling on existing and prospective customers for orders, demonstrations and quotations, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations and delivery terms, reporting on competitors, maintaining customer data in CRM, executing process improvements to sales activities, handling customer issues and inquiries, informing customers of promotions/new products, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or installation, and building relationships with key customers. Required skills include strong communication and negotiation, basic knowledge of industry regulations, willingness to travel outstation, proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related discipline with minimum one year experience
