Job Summary
Engage in non-promotional, peer-to-peer exchange of medical and scientific information with Scientific Leaders and Key Decision Makers to gain insights on disease, therapeutic areas, and local geography challenges. Represent Medical Affairs at regional non-promotional events, respond to unsolicited requests for product or research information, and organize activities such as hospital lectures and advisory boards. Formulate local or regional Medical Affairs Plans, support the identification of study investigators, and provide scientific training for commercial colleagues. Share publicly available areas of interest and direct stakeholders to appropriate resources for further information.
Required Qualifications
- College education degree in pharmacy or related field
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Fluent English
- Expert scientific knowledge
- Scientific exchange
- Research support
- Communication, including listening and probing skills
- Collaboration
- Ability to understand and apply SOPs, relevant regulations, and different systems management
- Valid Driving License
- Must be able to satisfy all applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
