Job Summary
Oversee full lifecycle of Asia Pacific Financial Solutions transactions as the transaction manager; coordinate cross-functional deal teams (Business Development, Pricing, Risk, Investments, Legal, Treaty, and Corporate Partners) to structure and execute complex reinsurance transactions in APAC, with primary emphasis on the Japanese market; lead planning, governance, and timely completion, prepare bidding and approval materials, secure signoffs/no objections within designated timeframes, maintain data accuracy across internal systems, and communicate with stakeholders in English and Japanese.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Business Administration, Management, Finance / Accounting, Actuarial Science / Insurance or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the financial services or re/insurance industry or consulting field
- Minimum 2+ years of project management experience
- Exposure to middle and back-office activities in past roles is a plus
- Business level in English and Japanese is required
