Job Summary
Execute marketing initiatives for the ServingTogether program, including digital campaigns, content development, social media engagement, and website updates. Create and optimize HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, and landing pages to nurture prospective clients and support program growth. Coordinate organization-wide marketing requests, develop integrated campaigns to increase awareness and participation, and analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business Suite. Maintain brand consistency across all materials and collaborate with program teams to translate priorities into effective strategies. Occasionally supervise interns and volunteers while reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, graphic design, digital media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- At least two years of professional experience in marketing, communications, digital engagement, or a related field

- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills

- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4
- Proficiency with Google Ads
- Working knowledge of WordPress content management and website updates
- Experience developing and creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including static graphics and short-form videos
- Ability to analyze website, email, social media, and advertising data; identify meaningful trends; and translate findings into practical recommendations
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms
- Ability to express ideas with clarity, confidence and sensitivity
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality involving clients in accordance with organizational and federal guidelines
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds frequently
- Close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a child sexual abuse and other criminal activity check
- Must pass a credit check
- Must be free of illegal drugs and abuse of alcohol
- Must be fully able to always perform all required duties
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Must be able to work during EveryMind's core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Must be able to attend meetings, events, and other organizational activities as needed
- Must be able to travel locally within the community to support EveryMind programs, outreach efforts, or events
