Specialist - Major Claims (Death & Critical Illness)

Review claims documentation, policy coverage, medical evidence, and loss details to determine claim validity, liability, and entitlement. Assess, review, investigate, approve, and process Major Claims (Death and Critical Illness) accurately and timely using digital systems and automation tools. Liaise with Medical Advisors for clinical guidance, manage suspense items, and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate payments. Escalate complex or disputed claims to senior assessors with clear analysis and recommendations. Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying workflow inefficiencies and supporting innovation initiatives through user feedback. Support knowledge sharing and capability building within the team by documenting best practices and lessons learned.
