Job Summary
Prepare preventive maintenance plans aligned with organizational goals and manage detailed schedules and work orders to minimize production interruptions. Coordinate all maintenance activities, monitor job progress, and ensure timely completion while adjusting for emergency work and district needs. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery methods, implement improvements with management, and maintain accurate records of costs and completed service calls. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while procuring supplies and managing vendors. Work with foremen and operations teams to plan schedule modifications and upgrades to control systems, including heating, lighting, and building maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- License must be insurable by the district's insurance carrier
- Frequent districtwide travel
- Occasional prolonged and irregular hours
- In and out of District travel
