Job Summary
Create and evaluate product specifications and relevant documents within internal IT systems and customer portals. Assess products from a food chemistry perspective regarding special nutritional forms and quality standards. Provide advice on food law and food chemistry to internal and external customers based on German and European regulations. Support product experts in the Regulatory Affairs and Product Documentation department. Requires a degree in food chemistry or comparable training, 1-3 years of experience, and strong knowledge of English and German. Apply online via the career portal to Luisa Rhein.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in food chemistry, ecotrophology, nutritional science or comparable training in the food context
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- Experience with common MS Office applications
- Careful, accurate and responsible way of working
- Very good communication and teamwork skill
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally you have 1-3 years of professional experience, optimally in the food and beverage industry
- Ideally knowledge of SAP
