Job Summary
Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders, then monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to verify on-time arrival and condition. Update account managers and receivers on problem loads and status, taking check calls from drivers to ensure timely delivery. Investigate product overages, shortages, and damages while completing appropriate documentation. Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments, accepting or declining loads based on account manager direction, and provide detailed routing instructions to drivers. Validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered for accounting purposes. Requires one year of logistics experience; offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans with a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of logistics experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of the transportation industry
- Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
