Job Summary
Specialist Logistics in Wroclaw/Wykroty, Poland, supports Toyota Boshoku Europe by developing and maintaining logistics standards and guidelines for plants, defining logistics concepts for transport, warehouse flows, packaging solutions, and network design, and monitoring KPIs including cost, service level, CO2 and sustainability. Role includes participation in RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and cost optimization, plus development of import/export guidelines (Incoterms, EU customs regulations like CBAM) and collaboration with plants to ensure trade compliance. Oversees logistics partners’ performance, contributes to risk management and cost control, and participates in regional logistics projects across multiple plants; travel up to 10% and a 1-year contract with potential extension to permanent. Requires a Master’s degree in Logistics, 3–5 years of logistics experience, strong Excel and BI/SAP familiarity, English at least B2, and ability to work in a multicultural, international environment, with hybrid remote work arrangement (office in Wykroty, Poland; remote 2 days per week).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Logistics
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Good analytical skills
- Experience with data analysis, KPI monitoring and problem solving
- Understanding of international logistics (import/export, Incoterms) is an advantage
- Very good Excel skills; experience with BI tools or SAP is an advantage
- English obligatory min. B2
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Experience working across multiple teams, functions, or locations is an advantage
- Willingness to travel for business reason (10% per year)
