Job Summary
Bilingual Specialist for Loan Quality Control/Underwriter will support mortgage quality review to verify vendor underwriting practices in line with BMO requirements. Executes work and audits to ensure timely, accurate service delivery; analyzes root causes of underwriting errors; supports continuous improvement; thinks creatively to propose solutions; works mostly independently. Requires proficiency in English and French and experience with residential mortgage underwriting.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant underwriting/quality control experience
- post-secondary degree in related field
- bilingual English & French proficiency
