Job Summary
Specialist, IT Technical Support provides hands-on onsite support to EEI staff, configures desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network peripherals for new hires and staff, maintains hardware inventories and software licenses, and collaborates with vendors to resolve issues while meeting support SLAs. The role emphasizes end-user IT support, documentation and knowledgebase development, and ensuring reliable IT infrastructure across daily operations and events. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 4–6 years of Windows/Office 365 administration, backup systems experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field. Equivalent work experience is accepted.
- 4-6 years of experience administering Microsoft Windows and Office 365 cloud environments, managing at least 100 AD user accounts.
- Experience configuring and supporting backup systems.
- Strong experience with Exchange / Office 365 administration, and security tools.
