Job Summary
Specialist - IT Application Support based in Mexico City in a hybrid role. Responsible for Level 2 support of three .NET web applications with focus on database and application issues, including integration with third-party vendors; analyze ServiceNow tickets, perform root cause analysis for high-priority issues, and coordinate deployments; manage data patches and monitor application performance using tools like DataDog; maintain knowledge base documentation; communicate updates to stakeholders; collaborate with users and other teams to resolve issues; work with SQL Server and MongoDB; develop strong relationships with online business teams and provide support as needed. Requires a degree in Computer Systems/Engineering, 2–3 years of experience, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, JQuery, SQL Server, ServiceNow, and English proficiency; hybrid work arrangement with at least three days in-office per week.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in application support
- Hands-on support and development experience with C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, and JQuery
- Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Qlik, or similar is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and scripting
- Experience with ticketing platforms like ServiceNow and understanding of SLA management
- Excellent and effective communication skills
