Job Summary
Specialist Inventory Controller to improve catalog accuracy, availability, and branch assortment parity across stores; monitor branch availability, reduce out-of-stock items, identify catalog issues, and coordinate with vendors, operations, scanning teams, and account managers to drive catalog health and availability. Responsibilities include daily monitoring of product availability, ensuring on-ground products are accurately reflected in the application, identifying catalog issues such as missing items, wrong mappings, barcode issues, SKU mismatches, and other content errors, preparing regular reports on availability and catalog performance, escalating recurring issues with insights and action plans, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Requires 2–4+ years of experience in inventory control or related fields, strong catalog knowledge, analytical skills, vendor coordination, and fluency in Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in inventory control, catalog operations, product content, or a related field
- Strong understanding of product catalog structure, including barcodes, SKUs, and product content attributes
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and data analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and opportunities from data
- Experience in following up with vendors and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership and ownership mindset with the ability to drive execution across teams
