Specialist, Integrated Planning develops and maintains an integrated plan from 2 weeks to 2 years, aligning mining, processing, maintenance, logistics, and sales/marketing; supports 2YP production plan and 2YB CAP cycle; ensures plans meet product/volume/quality targets and aligns with S&OP; creates reports, analyzes performance, and collaborates across functions to improve planning accuracy; requires 2–4 years in potash processing/mining or related fields, with a degree or diploma in a related discipline; hybrid work in Saskatoon with relocation assistance offered.
