Job Summary
Specialist – Insurance Operations based in Mumbai on a hybrid schedule (at least three days per week in the office). You will handle complex insurance tasks across process management, data quality, and underwriting-related procedures. Responsibilities include managing workload to meet SLAs, ensuring data accuracy, performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes, contributing process-improvement ideas to leadership, and supporting team coverage during peak times while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk controls. Required skills include attention to detail, strong analytical and communication abilities, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook); experience with Power BI and Advanced Excel/PowerPoint is a plus. A graduate in any stream with 1-3 years of work experience and good English communication are expected. The role supports hybrid work with in-office presence in Mumbai three days a week and flexible remote collaboration for other days.
