Job Summary
Provide direct instruction and academic intervention for at-risk students while analyzing data to identify instructional trends. Coach teachers on effective strategies, model implementation, and differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs. Lead Professional Learning Communities and collaborate with the Instructional Leadership team to drive school-wide improvement. Maintain ongoing communication with classroom teachers and administrators regarding student progress. Work 187 days per year at a salary ranging from $65,750 to $75,602.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- Standard Texas teaching certificate
- Three years experience of successful teaching
