Job Summary
Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure and platform services; monitor systems and respond to alerts; troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes; support Kubernetes clusters and container platforms; maintain CI/CD pipelines and assist in deployments; manage virtualization platforms (Proxmox); support monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki). 3–5 years experience in Infrastructure or DevOps, strong Linux administration skills, experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, monitoring and logging tools, and strong troubleshooting skills.
