Job Summary
Translate security vision and policy into executable measures and establish, implement, and update security standards and guidelines. Guide security awareness programs to maintain employee vigilance against cyber threats. Manage compliance trajectories for ISO 27001, NIS2, and DORA while preparing for and following audits. Execute periodic risk assessments, document risks, and plan mitigation strategies. Coordinate responses to security incidents, analyze root causes, and advise on prevention. This full-time role offers a fixed-term contract of at least 36 hours per week with a salary between €4,000 and €6,000. Quality provides a permanent contract option, 25 vacation days, a €3,500 annual study budget, and equipment including a MacBook or Microsoft Surface.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als Information Security Officer, Specialist Informatiebeveiliging of in een vergelijkbare senior securityfunctie
- Hbo/wo-werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring met zowel tactische als operationele informatiebeveiligingsvraagstukken
- Ervaring met het ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van beveiligingsbeleid en beveiligingsprocedures
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Ervaring met risicobeoordelingen, risicomanagement en incidentmanagement
- Grondige kennis van informatiebeveiligingsprincipes
- Kennis van één of meerdere informatiebeveiligingsstandaarden en regelgevingskaders, zoals ISO 27001, NIS2 en de Cyber Resilience Act
- Een certificering zoals CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP of CEH, of de bereidheid om een van deze certificeringen te behalen
- Kennis van security governance en risicomanagement
