Job Summary
Specialist in Staffing (Onboarding) supports onboarding and employee administration for locations in the regional HR Service Center. Manages day-to-day onboarding activities (employee data administration, SAP maintenance, contract creation, document archiving), prepares and maintains reports and HR documents, ensures compliance with standards and local regulations, responds to requests from hiring managers and recruiters, supports a positive employee experience, coordinates compensation package creation with Payroll and HR stakeholders, ensures adherence to HR processes and SOPs, and contributes to knowledge sharing and team training. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field and 2–3 years' HR/administrative experience; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work independently; fluent English and Czech or Slovakian; Hungarian advantageous; SAP or HR-system experience advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, office administration or employee-related processes
- Strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions within established processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Advanced English and Czech or Slovakian language skills (written and spoken)
- Hungarian language skills are an advantage
- Experience with SAP or other HR systems is an advantage
