Job Summary
Onboarding and employee data administration; SAP maintenance; contract creation and document archiving; preparing and maintaining HR reports and documentation; ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations; responding to requests from hiring managers and recruiters; supporting a positive onboarding experience; coordinating compensation package creation with Payroll and HR stakeholders; ensuring adherence to HR processes and SOPs; supporting knowledge sharing and training within the team. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field and 2–3 years of experience in HR or office administration is advantageous; strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills; ability to work independently within established processes; excellent communication and stakeholder management; customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail; advanced English; Hungarian language skills are an advantage; experience with SAP or other HR systems is an advantage.
