Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of customer processing implementation projects, acting as the primary interface between customers and Mastercard during technical implementations. Manage multiple initiatives as an Implementation Project Manager, overseeing consultancy, training, testing, and customized production configurations to integrate new products into the global framework. Translate customer needs into implementation activities by guiding teams through established procedures and documentation while ensuring technical quality of transaction processing host interfaces. Serve as the subject matter expert on Mastercard products for internal and external stakeholders, driving change in a technical environment through strong communication and multi-tasking capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or equivalent work experience
- Intermediate experience in Information Technology system knowledge
- Strong understanding of network technology
- Strong understanding of applications
- Strong understanding of project management
- Strong payment transaction processing knowledge
- Industry business principles knowledge
- Ability to interact well with the customer
- Ability to interact well with seniors
- Ability to interact well with Executive management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to leverage communication skills in a teaching environment
- Ability to drive change in a technical work environment
- Ability to multi-task covering multiple projects
Desired Qualifications
- Any mobile payment background processing/hands-on on any APIs that is used for authentication or authorization
- English/Japanese (Bilingual)
