Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of processing implementation projects across planning, delivery, and post-implementation phases. Assess and document customer needs, then drive electronic payments projects using global coordination methodologies. Identify and guide customers through required support documentation and MasterCard processing rules. Act promptly on execution issues to determine solutions and assign responsibilities. Manage multiple parallel projects while serving as the primary contact for internal areas such as Franchising, Legal, and Product specialists. Ensure implementation quality and reliability throughout the lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences or Business
- Ability to understand business requirements and match them with technical implementation aspects
- Ability to interact well with customers
- Good project management skills
- Ability to work as a part of a cross functional team
- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification from PMI (or equivalent)
