Job Summary
Act as central point of contact for customers during processing implementation projects, assess and document customer needs and implementation impacts on MasterCard's processing systems, provide guidance to customer staff, deliver end-to-end processing activities with focus on testing and interfaces, ensure interfaces with MasterCard's electronic payment processing systems comply with global product rules and specifications, and collaborate with account teams and product delivery while managing project coordination and travel as needed.
