Job Summary
The Implementation Specialist role is responsible for the successful operational implementation of new products, restructures, closures, complex transitions, and operating models. Key responsibilities include planning and project managing the end-to-end delivery of these activities, onboarding operational vendors, engaging in client relationship management, ensuring governance is applied to implementation activities, and training and guiding staff. Candidates should have extensive experience in Financial Services, particularly in areas such as Fund Accounting and Investment Operations, and possess strong stakeholder management and financial knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 9 years in Financial Services
- Preferred 1.5+ years in a direct investment product Implementation/Transition Management or Project Management role
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Business acumen, financial metrics and key performance drivers
- Strong Financial knowledge
- High level numerical skills required
- Understanding of taxation laws, regulations and governance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge or qualifications in project management and governance
- Prince2 or PMP certification
